These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of litbookhub.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from LitBookHub.com, operated by LitBookHub (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

- We describe books as accurately as possible, but details, covers, and editions may vary.
- Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice.
- All orders are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable we will offer an alternative or a refund.
- We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm dispatch. Payment is processed by our third-party providers (our Indian payment gateway and PayPal); by paying you authorise the charge for the total, including shipping and taxes.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout (typically 5–10 business days depending on destination). Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
