SambaStud and ChaChaChick were the bad guys of the ChaChaChatter chatroom, always critiquing competitors and Dancing with the Stars, but what no one knew were the secret identities of these two. In the real world, Jonathan Van Praagh, an overweight, computer programmer and Irene Dover, a dowdy librarian, began ballroom dance lessons at Ballroom Elegance. Little did they know that their lives would change forever. From beginning lessons, a run-in with an egotistical fellow student, caring dance teachers, a loving gym trainer brother, a slightly paranoid studio owner, and a Las Vegas Competition fraught with danger and misunderstandings, this is a journey of a lifetime for everyone involved. If you've ever wanted an inside look at the world of Ballroom Dancing and how it impacts lives, this is your chance! A Waltz for Irene is the first of a series of novels about Ballroom Dance, Competitions, Romance, and more!
