We often hear of white Police officers gunning down blacks and you very seldom, if ever, hear of black Police Officers gunning down whites, especially children.In some instances, especially here in Florida, even citizens are gunning down blacks and getting away with it. No matter the circumstance, if a Police Officer knew or thought someone was a felon or had committed a felony, they could shoot and kill them.
