"God was there! I could feel His presence the moment I stepped off the plane. It permeated my entire being with a joyous homecoming feeling." So began B. J. Ramsey's first tour of Israel. Her senses were awakened as she walked the places Jesus walked. From the Sea of Galilee to the Dead Sea, from the Mount of Beatitudes to the Jordan River, she felt God's presence. But it was in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem where the empty tomb of Jesus Christ awaited that she especially felt the presence of God and was given a vision. Rich with relevant Scripture and information about the land of Israel, this memoir also contains black-and-white photos that bring to life the author's three tours of the Holy Land, and one of Rome. A passion for travel shines through these personal accounts of her journeys. Her spiritual reflections are deeply emotional as she describes her encounters with the presence of the Holy Spirit where and when she least expected. Learning to be obedient to God's promptings, this traveler found her home in a renewed sense of His love for her.
