The surface finish analysis of material is very important for design and manufacturing the products. The importance is enhanced for surface finish in manufacturing field. The surface finish is evaluated through experimentally through CNC machining. Drill bit angle is a critical parameter that significantly impacts hole quality during CNC drilling operations. This study investigates the influence of drill bit angle on hole quality in CNC drilling, specifically focusing on hole accuracy, surface roughness, surface finishing and burr formation. Experiments are conducted using different drill bit angles and machining parameters to evaluate their effects on these hole quality metrics. The results demonstrate that drill bit angle plays a crucial role in achieving desired hole quality. This book is the comprehensive and student friendly text gives a clear analysis of the fundamental aspects of the subject of drilling operation. The book was written on the target of new innovations and methodology for investigations drilling operations. This book is most useful to Ph.D. research scholars, M.Tech Scholars and students of Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering and also Mechatronics.
