As Jesus Christ spreads His inspirational message across the world, Kholt is born on a farm outside Jerusalem, Israel. The young donkey is considered worthless by his owner, Joe, because he is too small and weak to do much work on the farm. Even worse, the farm animals do not like him either, and Kholt has caught them snickering behind his back.
