Hamlet, Reimagined: Hamlet, 2 Versions

Walter Schenck's adaptation of William Shakespeare's play, Hamlet, is an astonishing achievement, offering an existential adventure that brilliantly reimages the characters with skillful intrigue. Mr. Schenck has added dialogue to clarify ambiguous stanzas presenting the most formable and original poetry ever conceived for such a play, integrating history, politics, and religion beyond Shakespeare's skill. In this Herculean task, Mr. Schenck has incredulously maintained the original flow of the play, vastly extending it while boldly modernizing it. Mr. Schenck captures Shakespeare's intent so magnificently, he has, without a doubt, surpassed all Shakespearean scholars. Undeniably, Mr. Schenck has taken complete ownership of Hamlet. No work, anywhere, by anyone, has performed a more extraordinary job. Henceforth, Shakespeare's Hamlet will probably be known as Schenck's Hamlet. No greater praise can be bestowed on Mr. Schenck this this! BRAVO! As an added bonus, Mr. Schenk has included the best reformatted version of the original play ever offered, making it easy on the eye for every actor to know where the line is that they are reading. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to buy any other book on Hamlet, than this one.
