Lar

What happens when your reflection in the mirror isn't an illusion but reality? Kam lives in exile on the enslaved planet Lar. Accidentally thrust two thousand years into the past, Kam is given a mission: Protect the newly terra-formed Earth. Will he survive the attempt?" Mike is an archaeology student living in modern-day Sao Paulo. When he and a colleague discover Kam's ancient vessel, it's the find of a lifetime. But there's a darker side that Mike never anticipated. Shortly after he encounters Aluah, an enigmatic blue alien, Mike manifests strange new powers and falls in love with Kate, a beautiful woman who seems oddly familiar. When Aluah entreats Mike to travel to Lar to help save his people, it doesn't seem like too much to ask. But appearances can be deceiving. Soon, Mike finds himself in a world where everybody looks familiar but nobody knows him as Mike. They all believe that he is the long-missing Kam. No one more so than the bewitching Lara, who not only says she's the love of Kam's life but who also looks exactly like Kate. And so begins a war: A war for the liberation of Lar, a war between two women to win his heart and a war for his mind.
