Lather. Rinse. Repeat

For Kaitlin, a trip to visit her maternal grandmother with her cousin Heather seemed like a relaxing way to commemorate her recent college graduation. But for Heather, the trip was never meant for celebration. Caught between family loyalty and responsibility, Heather is tasked with getting her cousin to Florida for what may likely be one of the most crucial moments of their adult lives. Between canceled flights, less than luxurious accommodations, and the addition of a new travel companion, the two girls set off on an excursion that ultimately becomes a journey into the details of their upbringing. Through their present struggles, they learn that they are perhaps more than just their individual selves, but rather the compilation of everything their grandmother and mothers are and once were. "Lather. Rinse. Repeat" is a love letter to women of all generations-a coming-of-age story for the young and the old-and a thank you to mothers and grandmothers everywhere who had the courage to raise their children in the way they felt was right. Engrossed in its pages, through laughter and a few tears, a woman will learn that, in many ways, she has indeed become her mother... and that perhaps that is not so bad after all.
