Mike's Multipurpose Polyrhythmic Utility Tooles

Mike's Multipurpose Polyrhythmic Utility Tooles is a set of rhythmic studies written specifically for non-sustaining percussion, but can be used for any instrument. This is a logical set of exercises that can be used in a myriad of ways to develop a great sense and understanding of rhythm. I originally developed this system to learn to play over different ostinato patterns on drum set, but quickly began to expand its uses to hand percussion and rudimental drumming. It has been a very effective tool for working with new drummers to develop basic skills, as well working with advanced musicians to add new ideas and strengthen established skills. Mike's Multipurpose Polyrhythmic Utility Tooles is: An outline of rhythmic possibilities. A guide to an organized disciplined practice. A composition tool for creative musicians. A solid rhythmic foundation for playing all genres of music. A path out of a creative rut. A must have for all levels from beginner to professional.
