Sangeeth Ke Chamatkaar Se Sakshatkar contains interviews of some of the greatest names in Indian music like Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Mahendra Kapoor, Mangalampally Bala Muralikrishna, Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Pandit Jasraj, Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasiya, Ravi, Kavita Krishnamurthy etc. The author had interviewed these musicians while working for Daily Hindi Milap, published from South India. These doyens of music were interviewed from 1996 to 2002. The author would meet them whenever they would come to Hyderabad, out of his passion for music, and would interview them. These are some of the rarest interviews these great musicians ever gave. This book will be an exciting one for music lovers or art lovers in general to understand the lives and work of these musicians. It can be considered a collector's item for those interested in the history of Indian music. Author Dr. Arvind Yadav, who also has a very strong interest in literary criticism apart from journalism, has combined his characteristic journalistic objectivity with literary flair in these biographical sketches.
