A stunning poetry collection by James Freel Stevenson which includes his contribution to the forthcoming 'Poets Against Inequality' to be released through OXFAM this May. Stevenson shows a breadth and depth of emotion, poetic flare, and the rye humour that only a great Scottish poet can produce. Read his account of his own birth in "Nigrum Taurus" and his recollection of his Fathers death in "The Kings Death". He also deals with nature, love and romance in "Love At La Forgeard", a moving and compelling poem. Even if you have never considered reading poetry, this book will entice you and mesmerise you to read more.
