The Fifth Dimension is the result of a course on aesthetics and neuroaesthetics created and directed by the architect, composer, artist and philosopher Emanuel Dimas de Melo Pimenta in the years of 1997 and 1998 at the Childhood Education Institute of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, in Lisbon, Portugal. They are thirty books in fourteen volumes. This volume, after having we "immersed" through vision and hearing in the previous volume, we now penetrate the universe of flavors and perfumes. Each volume is a different field in this formidable universe that is the Fifth Dimension.
