A horse name Skippy, dreams of being in the Steeplechase competition, wants to learn how to jump high, and thinks he needs new shoes to make him better. A Wise Owl tells Skippy, that he can find what he needs in the city on Feather Rose Lane. Skippy leaves the country and heads to the city to find Feather Rose Lane. Skippy finally finds the street. There he finds Feather Rose Ballet Studio, meets the ballet instructor, her dancers, and starts taking lessons from the ballet studio. With help from Feather Rose and her ballerina's, they help Skippy to learn to work hard, help others, and eventually learns to jump high. Feather Rose has a recital to show her students what they've learned. At the end, Skippy enters the Steeplechase competition, with his new friends watching, and does extremely well. Skippy's competitors asks him how he learned to jump so high. Skippy tells his friends the secret how he learned to jump so high.
