Most memoirs of a 'secret life' are fantasy fiction, but not this one! Under another name, Arthur Masters is an accomplished author, illustrator and musician, but in this book his lives have changed places and it is his 'straight life' that has become the shadowy background to his parallel life as a 'Dom', the male version of the more familiar Dominatrix. From his first adventures with his childhood nanny in England, we are taken on a frank and colourful journey through the streets of London's Soho, the Red Light District of Amsterdam, the BDSM haunts of Sydney, the professional UK spanking scene, and the websites and chat rooms of the darker corners of the internet. We discover that BDSM is alive and kicking even in New Zealand, and are treated to a unique insight into the life of a professional Dom. Arthur Masters also appears as the ubiquitous 'Mr M' of Club Corporal in the fictional writings of Annabel Rose. How closely the real Arthur resembles the fictional character is another secret!
